The aim of the study is to provide information about health care realized among others by: hospitals, out-patient and stationary health care facilities, emergency medical services and first aid services. The publication also presents data on nurseries, number and structure of social welfare centres, forms of the assistance provided and persons benefiting from the assistance of these centres.
Data presented in the study come from current reporting of Statistics Poland, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration and also other non-statistical sources.
The publication consists of executive summary, analysis, methodological notes and tables in xls format. It was enriched with charts and maps that illustrating the most important phenomena and processes enable comparisons between voivodships and powiats.
